Coaching is incredibly flexible, we are able to coach face to face, and over the phone. This is because we are able to gain information from the voice and voice patterns as well as body language, this makes phone coaching equally as good, if not in some cases better than face to face coaching. Obviously with phone coaching we can coach clients from anywhere in the world, the benefits of this are that you can stay in comfort of your own home, call at lunch time from the office or be sat somewhere with a fantastic inspirational view aiding your goal setting.
When Coaching on Confidence and Self-Esteem we do prefer to see our clients face to face for the Intake session. We believe it is important for the client to of met their coach first, as this helps to build rapport, more quickly. We are prepared to travel within reason in order for this to be possible, travel expenses will be taken into account if the distance is further than 20 miles.
Face to face coaching can be delivered at your home or office, or our home or office, depending which you feel most comfortable with.
Workshops are also available at a minimum of two people and a maximum of 8, in these instances you can approach us either with a pre-arranged group or we will give you information of the next workshop available in your area.
