Many people look upon people in business as, hugely confident, and in many cases they are, but as we established on the previous page, this does not mean that these people have a huge amount of Self-Esteem and this can be incredibly detrimental to our business's.
So I put it to you;

* If you don't believe in yourself, your clients won't either
* If you have no respect for yourself, you're staff and you're clients won't have either
* If you're not positive, motivated and energised about your business your staff won't be either
How you feel about yourself and your capabilities either seeps from you like a bad smell or radiates from you like a bright light from within. You can not disguise the thoughts and feelings that are going around in your head and they transmute in your voice tone, body language and general attitude that you have about your work and your business.
If when you pick up the phone you are dreading it to be more business, because either, you don't have the staff or the time to complete it, that will come over! you may not lose that client that time but with repetition of the same behaviour you will.
